About Your Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be a strategic partner. You'll directly influence the success of our diverse properties, implementing innovative strategies, fostering strong tenant relationships, and driving operational efficiency. What You’ll Do
- Keep our portfolio running smoothly during day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets and investor standards, are met 
- Shape our property management approach by implementing smart policies and drive continuous improvement. 
- Be our eyes on the ground and conduct regular property inspections for safety, maintenance, and compliance. 
- Manage service contracts, vendors, and property management team to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service. 
- Serve as the primary tenant point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. 
- Drive lease negotiations and maintain high occupancy rates. 
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and boost revenue. 
- Collaborate with accounting on financial reports and optimize revenue streams through rent collection, expense control, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 
- Help mentor and develop the property management team, cultivating a positive and productive work environment. 
What You Bring
- 3+ years of progressive property management experience, with a strong emphasis on mixed-use (residential and commercial) properties. 
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple properties effectively. 
- In-depth knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices. 
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. 
- Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI) and/or Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Must be highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. 
- Real Estate License or CPM designation a plus. 
Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
